I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-insulated for sound, which was great. However, the service had a dark cloud hanging over it, with unfriendly staff who seemed irritated by complaints about pricing. On the bright side, the location was ideal for my visit to UT, and I found it convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience was a letdown, as it was overpriced and took longer than expected.
